Conch Key Villas - Rates, Reservation Contract, and the Directions

Rental Rates for Studio 1, 2, 4:

-$1200.00 per week

-$150.00 cleaning fee

-$168.75 - 12.5% sales tax

$1518.75 weekly total

* 3.75% convenience charge for credit card transactions

Minimum stay is 4 nights at $219 a night, plus cleaning fee and 12.5% sales tax.

The information below will tell you our rental policy, cancellation policy, and the directions to our fabulous Florida Keys lodging, one of Florida Keys best places to stay for your vacationing money!

All of our Florida Keys rental units are non-smoking accommodations.

Rental Policy

Check-in is 4:00 pm. and Check-out is 10:00 am.
Parking - one vehicle and one boat trailer with the boat no longer than 25'. Or 2 vehicles with no trailer.
One pet is invited if the pet is quiet and well behaved. Please make your pet arrangement with owner prior to arrival. Pet fee is $200.00.
Smoking is permitted outside only.
Unregistered Guests - Conch Key Villa's facilities (e.g., parking, rooms, dockage, utilities, outside eating areas, etc.) are for registered renters only. Renters may not have unregistered guests or friends on the premises during their stay. Please let me know if there might be a special occasion where this rule might be waived.
Personal Watercraft are not allowed at our location.
Studio One, Two, and Four accommodates 2 adults and 1 child (up to 12 years). Call for exceptions.

Reservations

Studio One, Two and Four Studio Efficiencies. We request half the rental rate at reservation time and the balance upon check-in. You can call us with your credit card information or mail a check. Conch Key Villas will send a confirmation of your reservation within 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

Our policy is simple. If we are able to rent the apartment to another party, then we will refund your deposit less a $150.00 cancellation fee. If we are unable to rent your dates to another party, then you forfeit your deposit. In most cases we can find another renter if you give us enough notice. Please understand that we have to apply this policy to ALL circumstances (no exceptions) in order to avoid substantial losses.

In the unlikely event that a hurricane interrupts your stay, your deposit will be reimbursed in full. If a hurricane is predicted to hit the Florida Keys and the Monroe County Emergency Management Director orders the tourists to leave the Florida Keys, your reservation will be refunded in full. The definition of interrupt is as follows: the Keys are under a hurricane watch or warning within three days of your arrival or any time during your stay, or our apartments are damaged by a storm prior to your arrival and we are unable to provide you with quality accommodations.

General Courtesies and Policies

At our rentals, we are committed to the idea that all our guests should act in a manner that is respectful of other renters and our neighbors. Guests that do not act in a manner respectful of others or that do not follow the simple rules below will be asked to leave with no refund. The management sincerely regrets that we have to establish specific rules for the conduct of our guests.

Smoking - No smoking in the rooms or on the porches or tables outside of rooms. Smoking is only allowed at the bar area of the Conch Key Villas. You will be charged for the sanitizing of your room and you will be asked to leave.

Parking - We are committed to ensuring our operations do not encroach on the properties of our neighbors. Therefore, all renters must limit their parking to assigned parking spots.

Noise and Horseplay - All renters and guests are expected to act in a responsible manner during their stay at our Conch Key Villlas' Apartments. Renters whose actions adversely affect the stay of other renters or our neighbors will not be tolerated. We clearly wish you to enjoy your stay but please do not let your actions prohibit our other renters or neighbors from enjoying their stay.

Pet Policy - No pets unless an agreement has been made with owners before booking (one pet that is quiet and well behaved) and an $200.00 pet fee will be charged.

Occupancy - The maximum occupancy will be set before your stay.

Directions or Print the Directions

Conch Key is located off U.S.1 at mile marker 63, bayside, just past the Long Key Bridge.

You will find the mile markers along side of US 1, small green signs with the number. Key Largo is mile marker 120 and Key West is mile marker 0.

Turn right onto Conch Key (bayside). Now, turn left onto South Conch. We are the Conch colored (light pink) 4 unit, 2 story building. Please note your parking space is labeled the same as your rental unit. Please drive slowly once on Conch Key, thank you!

From Ft. Lauderdale Airport: Take 595 West to the Florida Turnpike - South. It takes about 2 1/2 hours to get to Conch Key from Ft. Lauderdale.

From Miami Airport: Take Highway 836 West to the Florida Turnpike - South. It takes about 2 hours to get to Conch Key from the Miami Airport.

Stay on the Turnpike until it dead-ends and merges into US 1 in Florida Keys.

From Key West International Airport: Drive north to mile marker 63 and turn left (bayside). It takes about one hour and 15 minutes from Key West.
